1. I have tried creating support tickets on the new Desk, but I cannot post anything new to them. I post a problem, a rep asks a question, I cannot post an answer to it. Whenever I try to post an answer to my open case, I get a web page "Sorry, there was an error with this request. The Desk.Com support staff have been notified of this error". So, they set my case as resolved?!?!
2. So, the annoying thing is my problem is pretty self explanatory. It doesn't take much searching on mfp forums to realize it seems to be an ongoing issue with MFP and asking me questions about my browser or OS seems to be a huge waste of time when, in comparison, you can probably look at the database and confirm my issue.........
3. My issue is a saved meal went missing. The name of the meal is "Snack List", it is a list of my favorite go-to items that I load and choose from when building my day. It is a huge list and takes hours to build it and I don't want to build it again. I tried deleting some older versions of the list to see if having a shorter list of meals would bring back from page 2 or something, but that didn't work.
